Secret Service agent George Hickey is seen brandishing a rifle behind the limousine carrying a wounded President Kennedy.  Theory backed by ballistic evidence and eye witness accounts marks agent Hickey as the kill shot shooter (3rd shot). Theory is that it was a misfire that killed JFK which resulted from agent Hickey falling back in his seat. There is an interesting documentary on Netflix currently called "JFK: The Smoking Gun" which give detailed accounts and evidence.
